Mixed Animal Print Style

Can you believe it’s December?! My, does time fly. I know its cliche to say, but the year REALLY did go by fast! This is a busy month for me so I jumped right in head first. This month I am going hard on my dissertation so I can finish my Proposal and I am also moving. So my days are planned to a T! I am going to do my best to not deveaite otherwise I won’t be able to get everything done. I’m actually looking forward to going into the new year in a new place and finishing up Chapter 2 of my dissertation. There is no need to wait until January 1st to start accomplishing goals.

On to this chic outfit—Insert heart eyes emoji here!

This outfit is full of animal print. If you don’t know which animal to roll with, make the decision easy and go for all of them in this mixed animal print sweater (Jumper if you’re British)! This over-sized black and white sweater has a mix of zebra, leopard, and cheetah print. The mock neck provides extra warmth on cold winter days. If you look close you can see that my Old Navy leggings are also leopard print. Yes, ma’am! It is so hard to capture on camera and trust me, the pictures do not do these leggings justice. They are SUPER cute in person. These pants have everything I love in a good legging. They are well constructed and have a high waist (yay!). The fabric is stretchy and thick so you are sure to stay warm. There is a reverse seam that runs down the front of each leg which I think adds extra flavor and makes the leggings look a little higher end than regular-degular leggings.

So I have to be honest, 2 years ago (maybe even a year ago) you would not have been able to get me in any white shoes! I love wearing white in my clothing items but there is something about white shoes that makes me think of little girl Easter shoes — cute on little girls, but not for grown women. However, I have seen the light and been converted! I wanted to try white boots but I had to find the perfect pair. I landed on these ALDO boots from DSW. In addition to warming up to the color, I fell in love with this ankle boot style

What do you think abut Animal Print and White Boots? Would you wear them? Post below, I would love to hear from you.
