Style Alert: Yellow Floral Shift Dress

I love a cute shift dress from Old Navy! This bright yellow number screams summertime. The fuchsia laser-cut design sandals are a perfect match. Sometimes match-matchy can be too much, but the fuchsia earrings, the fuchsia heels, and the pop of fuchsia in the floral design go well together. These are fun colors that allow you to be noticed blocks away! When I came across this white wall at the Shops at Buckhead, I had to use it as a backdrop. Always take advantage of a white wall!

SLEEVELESS SHIFT DRESS STYLE

OUTFIT DETAILS

Dress: Sleeveless Tie-Neck Shift Dress for Women The design of this dress is straight from top to bottom. I'm 5'4 so it gives you an idea of where the hem hits just below my knees. The neck tie can be tied or left untied like I have in my pictures. This dress is versatile and would be appropriate for work or a night out. Wear it with flats and a sweater from 9-5 for work. Then, lose the sweater and slip on some open-toe heels for dinner or cocktails after work. I love the bright yellow pattern, the curved hem, and the fact that this shift dress is sleeveless. It looks like this same design is sold out online (it was a best-seller!) but there are other cute colors and patterns to choose from.

Shoes: Kelly & Katie Ocilia Sandal One thing I always look for in heels is comfort. I want them to be stylish and chic, but I also want to be able to walk in them all day and all night! These open-toe sandals hit the mark. They are cute AND comfortable-- I can literally wear them all day. The fuchsia color adds just the right amount of pop to this outfit.

Earrings: Fuchsia Tassel Earrings These tassel earrings are everything! I love this new tassel trend. I think I am login to stay on the tassel train for a while!
